The holder of the personal data is the Client, natural and/or legal person, or their representative, to whom the data concern, and who has used the services of BUILDING LOVERS. The Client shall be the natural and/or legal person who enters into the contract with BUILDING LOVERS.

The personal data that is subject to processing is the civil and/or tax identification numbers, payment data, billing address, telephone contact or e-mail address.

BUILDING LOVERS has a Data Protection Officer, who is responsible for the collection and processing of your personal data, and who:

1. Monitors compliance of data processing with applicable standards;
2. Is a point of contact with the Client for clarification of questions regarding the treatment of their data, namely by BUILDING LOVERS;
3. Cooperates with the supervisory authority.

After express and prior consent has been given, and if this consent is free, informed, specific and unambiguous, your personal data will be processed for the conclusion, execution and management of the contract concluded with BUILDING LOVERS or for the preparation of a proposal of services.

Said data may also be processed, when necessary, to comply with a legal obligation to which BUILDING LOVERS is subject, such as the communication of data to police, judicial, tax or similar bodies.

Your personal data is only processed by BUILDING LOVERS for the period necessary for the fulfilment of the defined purpose or, depending on what is applicable, until you exercise your right to object, right to be forgotten or withdraw consent.

After the expiration of the respective retention period, BUILDING LOVERS will delete or anonymize your data whenever they should not be kept for any other purpose.
